Shipping policy

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delays may occur during busy seasons or while verifying your information. Online payments go through fraud checks and will only be processed after approval. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment will be collected at your shipping address. Once shipped, an email with tracking details will be sent—please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Parcel Opening Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, our courier allows you to open the parcel at the time of delivery and verify the product’s size, color, and style. However, trying on or wearing the product before confirming is not permitted. Used or worn items cannot be returned or refunded, as this ensures every customer receives a brand-new product.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping charge of PKR 200 applies to all orders.

Courier Services

The courier service depends on your location and package type. Once your order is shipped, we will provide courier details and a tracking number via email. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will send you an SMS with payment details, and the parcel can be handed over to a family member or someone you trust.

Order Cancellation

For cash-on-delivery orders, we confirm your order through two phone calls. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled. You may also cancel your order any time before it is processed. In rare cases, we may cancel your order if the item is out of stock, incorrect details are provided, or due to technical issues.
